Dissolved Air Float (DAF)

DheyTécnica’s Dissolved Air Float (DAF), was designed to carry out the removal of suspended solids, oils and fats present in effluents, through a physical chemical process, or only physical.

Microbubble generation system through multiphase pump and saturator, microbubble distribution system by dispersers installed in the lower part of the flotation tank.

Main Applications:

  • Removal of suspended solids from surface water and effluents;
  • Turbidity removal;
  • Removal of small algae from supply waters;
  • Removal of oily material from industrial effluents;
  • Pre-treatment of industrial effluents;
  • Post-treatment of anaerobic reactor effluents;
  • Thickening and densification of ETA and ETE sludge;
  • Clarification unit in the activated sludge process.
