The initial objectives with the implementation of the flour factory were to obtain products with differential characteristics to serve the Premium market. DheyTécnica project demonstrated, in addition to the technical capacity in the existing industrial park, the reputation and partnership necessary to build the factory with pioneering technology for both sides.
