    Falling Film Evaporator

    DheyTécnica’s Falling Film Evaporator is designed for the concentration of glue water in low-temperature processes, being responsible for the evaporation of most of the moisture in the raw material from the recovery of thermal energy from the gases obtained in the drying process.

    It is the main responsible for the system efficiency, which can reach an economy in steam consumption close to 40% if compared to continuous high temperature processes
