DheyTécnica’s Rotary Strainer was developed with the purpose of receiving the oil and separating the excess residue present in it.

Composed of a basket made of perforated stainless steel sheet reinforced by external rings and tie rods, both in stainless steel profile. Activation carried out through a reducer motor with transmission by means of gears and double currents. The entire basket is surrounded by a tank made of stainless steel allowing oil to be retained and preventing the oil from coming into contact with the rest of the factory. The set is structured on feet with carbon steel plates and reinforcements, giving the basket an ideal degree of inclination to allow maximum efficiency in the separation of residues from the oil.

With an external sanitizing system to the basket by means of steam injection through nozzles. Inspection covers with mechanical seal and support for the installation of sensors to adapt to NR12.
