DheyTécnica’s Whole Carcasses was developed for the reception and pre-shredding of whole animals as well as meat and bone residues from the slaughterhouse in order to reduce their granulometry and allow the processing of residues in subsequent frying and cooking processes.
The equipment is made of carbon steel, composed of a robust rectangular metal body fixed on a support structure of metal beams. It performs the crushing through a system of double shafts with replaceable rotating knives (called mobile breakers) that are interposed to the fixed knives in the body (called fixed breakers).
Each axis has its own system of bearings and drive through a motor/reducer with transmission by pulleys and belts, and the drives of each axis are positioned on opposite sides. Made according to the safety standards in accordance with NR 12 standard.
