    The milling process consists of crushing flours originated from the processes of viscera, feathers, hair and blood to obtain the desired final granulometry of the powder. For grinding, DheyTécnica has high-rotation grinding mills and different capacities with interchangeable sieves and hammers that can be replaced to obtain different flour characteristics.
