DheyTécnica’s Air Condenser are condenses and cools the organic vapors, through an indirect thermal exchange with the environment air, considerably reducing the level of odor present in the remaining gaseous stream, allowing the intermediate system to operate as the main system, interconnected to a biological filter.
The thermal exchange between process air and steam occurs due to the large exchange surface obtained with the stainless steel tubes, with aluminium fins, where the ambient air is forced to pass through high-flow fans.
Automated control guarantee energy efficiency by monitoring the condensate temperature, acting on the fans and maintaining an adequate level of vacuum for the aspiration of digesters, dryers or evaporators.
