The pressing process is carried out on lines for poultry, bovine, pork and fish viscera. It provides the extraction of oil from the viscera mass coming from the cooking process of the digesters, both in continuous and discontinuous lines, reducing the percentage of oil in the cake. The Standard model viscera press, the extreme model viscera press and the double helicoid press make this press specific for fish.

The press process is also present in poultry feather processing lines, removing excess water to reduce the time of the cooking and hydrolysis processes in the Cookers.
